Drainage system
Precast drains aid the collection and conveyance of stormwater. Casting drains and kerb stones on site involves the usage of machinery, equipment and skilled labours. It is time-consuming and often reliant on weather conditions. Precast drains and kerb stone ensures limited labour and machinery, no onsite debris and waste, and year-round installation which translates to increased operational efficiency.

450,600,900 mm drain:
Specifications
• M30 grade concrete
• reinforced
• interlocking system
• 2m long
Applications
Layout construction, roads, and industrial/commercial projects where there is a need for the water to
drain off the property to the main drain.
Advantages
• 1/5th time of drain construction
• Uniform quality
• Cost-efficient (use icon)
• PCC not required
• Smooth finish, no putty or plaster required (use icon)
• Can be dismantled and reused (use icon) professional supervision is required.
• Can be used for the immediate diversion of water.
• Skilled labour not required for assembly or disassembly (use icon)
• Speeds up road construction work ( because it is pre-cured and no time lock in the
construction of the drain and waiting for concrete to achieve its strength so that the
embankment adjoining the wall
Limitations – cannot be used as a Culvert
Note: Crane is required, the slope has to be maintained, and safety has to be taken care of since it is a heavy product
Drain cover slab
• 100 mm thick
• reinforced concrete
• perforated for drainage of water
Application
Where there is a requirement for covering the drain
Advantages
Easy to install, no skill required. No need for machinery/ heavy equipment.
Limitations
Cannot be used as a culvert slab for the movement of heavy vehicle
Saucer drain
Is the first line of defence against pooling of stormwater on the road. It is installed to capture surface water runoff and direct the water towards the main drain. It maintains the stability and durability of the road by keeping it dry and alleviating the risk of percolation. Additionally, it is required to stop surface water/liquids from flowing into adjacent properties.
Specifications
• M30 concrete
• 100 mm thick. 300 mm wide X 600 mm length
• Unreinforced
Application
Can be used where surface water needs to be drained off.
Advantages
Can be installed manually,
Limitation
Cannot be used as a pathway for heavy vehicle movement, the subbase has to be prepared and PCC is required.
Note: semi-skilled labour is required.
Kerb stones
Precast Kerb stones are small concrete blocks that are installed end to end with each other to form a kerb. It prevents stormwater from spilling into the pathway, strengthens the pavement, defines the edge of the road, and enhances the appearance of the road.
Specification:
300 mm in height, 600 mm in length, 75 /100/150mm thickness
Application
• Road Kerb
• Pavement
• Footpaths
• Garden/park edges
• Carparks
Advantages
• Easy to install
• reusable
• paintable
• zero maintenance

Limitations
Cannot be used as an earth retaining wall relocation has to be done with professional help only
The job of a boundary wall is to Our Precast boundary walls are exceptionally strong hence the name strong wall. Lkrete strong walls are sure to bring you peace of mind. The high-standard surface finish of LKrete Strong wall ensures that the wall remains as beautiful as the day it was created.
Building and building fixtures
• Window frames
• Door Frames
• Box Lintels
• Lintels and chajjas
• PEB building
Frames and Lintels are designed to bear the load of the wall above the opening. They offer strength and support to the window and door structure. Our precast lintel includes in-built drip mould and comes with a smooth finish eliminating the need for additional putty.
Advantages of Precast lintels and frames:
• Precast lintels offer an excellent solution to your building needs as it saves considerable time vs casting in situ.
• Aids in accelerated construction schedules
• Saved time translates to reduced cost.
• It reduces clutter at the site which leads to better site management and increased safety
• Reduces the need for skilled labour craftsmanship required for in-site casting
• Increases profitability on account of faster Turn Around Time.

Environment, Health and Safety
We understand the importance of conserving the environment. Conserving the environment has been an integral part of the LKrete ethos. Our intent and efforts are directed towards producing environmentally compatible and sustainable products. Whilst we are continually working towards achieving better results in other areas we have been able to achieve remarkable success
with reducing water consumption.
An integral part of the LKrete Ethos
• Our precast products save ~80% of the water consumed during traditional masonry.
• Excess water from the mould flows back to a sump and is recycled into the water for the next batch.
• Water loss due to evaporation is minimal as curing happens in a controlled environment
Sustainability
Our products are meant to last a lifetime. They are also movable and reusable if the need arises.
Raw materials such as cement and aggregates are locally sourced reducing the impact on fuel consumption and pollution. FRP forms are durable and strong and can be reused for a long time before being replaced.
Safety
Health and safety have been and will remain a high priority at Lkrete. At our unit, we enforce
stringent health and safety protocols – the mandatory wearing of PPE, and periodic fault checks of equipment. Staff is trained to identify potential hazards and have a comprehensive plan to tackle situations in case of exigencies. Our safety standards exceed the legislative and regulatory requirements
